To fix the issue you can do see below for accessing iframe document, demo on jsfiddle
code :
<script src="//cdn.ckeditor.com/4.11.1/standard/ckeditor.js"></script>

<textarea id="editor"></textarea>
  var editor = CKEDITOR.replace('editor');
  editor.setData('Hello world!');

  CKEDITOR.on("instanceReady", function(event) {
    var iframe = document.querySelector('#cke_1_contents iframe');
    var cke_doc = iframe.contentDocument || iframe.contentWindow.document;
    cke_doc.body.style = `background-color: yellow;

Yahoo YUI 2 - Rich Text Editor - how do I change the titlebar of the Editor to another string value?

Does that help I'm using the Yahoo YUI 2 rich text editor. I would like to change the titlebar of the editor window from its default value of "Text Editing Tools" to a different value... one that fits with the page the editor is placed on. , Either of these seem to work:
code :
OpeningTextEditor.get('toolbar').titlebar = 'Opening Text';
OpeningTextEditor._defaultToolbar.titlebar = 'Opening Text';

How to change editor colors in VuGen (LoadRunner Script Editor)

may help you . Take a look at the color.dat file in the {LoadRunner Home Directory}\dat subdirectory. I have had to make changes in the past for red/green colorblind folks and this is the file to make the modifications global in.
Be sure and back up the original version before you start making changes.

            ['Source','Styles', 'Format','TextColor','BGColor'],
            ['Bold', 'Italic', '-', 'NumberedList', 'BulletedList', '-', 'Link', '-', 'About'],
        width: 650,
        height: 350
