C# concurrent requests strange timing reported

Hope this helps One obvious misconception is that "and was managed by Thread:". Unless ExecuteTaskAsync is very badly implemented, there is no thread.
If the requests are being made to the same host, you might be running into service point manager limitations.

should help you out This is a malware user-agent ; you can consider it as bad-bot. You cannot avoid such things.. There are bots which keep scanning ports etc. As per one of the estimates 25-50% of overall internet traffic(not including videos and images) is bots.
Just ignore these log messages.

Timing Concurrent CUDA Kernels

Any of those help Profiling with Nsight does currently disable concurrent kernels, so to get accurate timing you'll need to use events to track timing.
You can use events as you'd expect, and you can use cudaStreamWaitEvent() to make a stream wait for an event in another stream. See the CUDA Reference Manual section 4.5.2.5 for more information.

Concurrent requests via Apache Http Client (and java.util.concurrent) seem to finish correctly but crash my OS

Does that help i am currently learning to use the the concurrent features of Java provided by the package java.util.concurrent. As an exercise i tried to write a little program that could be used to performance test a HTTP API. But somehow my program is not terminating correctly very often. It even crashes my OS. , Never do this in a loop:
