wish help you to fix your issue i am looking for an option how to bring my Alexa request handler in another module. This is my approach: , You're not returning the request. Change your Test function to this:
code :
function Test(requestName, speechText){

  var request = requestName+"Handler"
  console.log("log: " +request)

  return request = {
    canHandle(handlerInput) {
      console.log("log: "+request)
      return handlerInput.requestEnvelope.request.type === requestName;
    handle(handlerInput) {

      return handlerInput.responseBuilder
            .withSimpleCard('Hello World', speechText)

will help you I think I found the answer to my question here.
It looks like you need to call the SetScriptMap method of the IMapHandlerProvider using a custom IScriptMapInfo object.

around this issue You are returning the wrong data in both functions:
they should be: category.updateDate and category.streamUrl, because you are reading a JSON file. (maybe read this guide to understand better how to read and access JSON properties and so on..)
code :
function getCategoryStreamUrl(name) {
    let category = database.find(e => e.name === name);
    if (category !== null && category !== undefined) {
        return category.streamUrl;
    } else {
        return "";

function getCategoryUpdateDate(name) {
    let category = database.find(e => e.name === name);
    if (category !== null && category !== undefined) {
        return category.updateDate;
    } else {
        return "";

wish of those help When you setup your Account Linking in developers portal, you have to specify scopes. These scopes represents the list of permissions to request from the skill user. You can provide up to 15 scopes.
Ex: If you are linking Facebook account and if you need to get profile info, then you have to specify the scope: public_profile.

Can I send an HTTP request to an Alexa's Skill Endpoint in order to trigger a reprompt in Alexa?

hop of those help? I don't think this would be allowed as it would break a fundamental privacy issue whereby interactions need to be initiated by the user and so be against the Alexa TOS.
If your "reprompt" doesn't actually require some 3rd party trigger e.g if you don't what to run something in response to a code event, then you could look at the reminders API.
