To fix this issue After all efforts, the only thing I really determined was that you need to restart - and then wait. About 15-20 minutes after restart the changes were automagically there.

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Well, we found out some information. Web app ( deployed on Azure) can access on premise MS SQL Server. For this to happen, we need to configure our database and make our web application in certain way; for example, database with hybrid connection , membership database, etc. The following Microsoft document gives details:

fixed the issue. Will look into that further It's by design. Changing code does not make sense for VS created functions (precompiled functions) as your code already compiled to dll.
if you take a look on kudu (https://{your-function-app-name}.scm.azurewebsites.net/DebugConsole) you will see that folder stracture is different for portal and VS created functions.

wish helps you I had similar issues in the past. What fixed it for me was using Package Deployment. In your DevOps build pipeline, use Azure App Service Deploy version 4, go to "Additional Deployment Options" and use "Run From Package" as the deployment method.

Angular reactive form is visible from localhost but not visible when deployed to prod

should help you out The prod build needs you have initialized your form with a FormGroup intance. Then my recomendation is use the constructor or the ngonInit to initialize your form and if you need to reasignate the form with new values you can do it different functions.
code :
ngOninit(){
   InitializeForm();
}

InitializeForm(){
   this.sampleForm = this.formBuilder.group({
      id: [null],
      name: [null]
    });
}

resetValues(){
  ...
  InitializeForm();
}
