wish helps you I would start by constructing a StringBuilder (a mutable collection of characters), capitalize the first letter and then search for - character(s). Capitalizing every character following a -. Like,
code :
String name = "jean-louis-patrice";
StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder(name);
sb.setCharAt(0, Character.toUpperCase(sb.charAt(0)));
int p = 0;
while ((p = sb.indexOf("-", p + 1)) != -1) {
    if (p + 1 < sb.length()) {
        sb.setCharAt(p + 1, Character.toUpperCase(sb.charAt(p + 1)));

To fix this issue I have a function that I want to run when a specific URL path is visited, but there's other pages further down that path, where I don't want the script to run. For example: , There are cases regular expressions should be used :)
code :
if (/names$/.test(document.URL))

Mobile JavaScript: "text-transform: uppercase;" isn't uppercase?

it should still fix some issue My guess would be that the uppercase CSS feature is not implemented on that mobile browser.
The best thing to do however would be to transform the text yourself. It will also benefit on usability.
code :
document.getElementById('myInput').onchange = function() {
    this.value = this.value.toUpperCase();

There are 36'000 files and on every event call I would need to check it, there could be plenty of these situations like: "nukasa" or "Nukasa" or "nUkasa", how may I detect all of these if I have one file name like: "NUKASA" or "nukasa" by event calling. , Please refer below the snippet I want to show as an example:
code :
File sampleFile = new File("Nukasa");
String valueToCheck = "NUKASA";
  //Logic you want to code goes here

this one helps. Array.IndexOf is a static method, meaning you call it on the Array class itself instead of an instance, so the proper syntax would be:
