With these it helps Changing the version of react-native-vector-icons did the trick
I actually found the answer in this post: react native vector icons

around this issue Unfortunately, Jcenter blocks requests from Iran due to US sanctions. You can use Hotspot Shield to connect to Jcenter, other VPN's providers may not work correctly. and i suggest you to update your gradle by this changes:
1- change gradle version to classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.1' in android/build.gradle

I wish did fix the issue. FAILURE: Build failed with an exception. , to solve 443 error must use VPN

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Seems like your Could not find com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.4.1. issue is solved by changing the version code 3.4.1 to 3.3.2.
Another problem exists because in 3.3.2 gradle version you have to use minimum gradle distribution version 4.10.1. To solve this open gradle-wrapper.properties file and use this line to

help you fix your problem 1) I used a proxy and defined the variables http_proxy and http_proxy on the terminal.
2) Then run the "react-native run-android".

wish of those help I was working on my react native app, when suddenly there was a Javascript React versions mismatch. , Can you try this below. Delete android, ios and node modules folder
code :
run > npm install  /to get the node modules folder
    > react-native upgrade //to get both android and ios folder
    > react-native link  //to link the libraries
    > react-native run-android/run-ios
